Alternative Minimum Tax
If I am subject to paying the AMT and have legal fees pursing an employement claim for compensation, is there a means for me to claim these fees as a deduction? If so, on which line item of which form would I use to capture it?

It sounds as if you do have a valid deduction. However, you really need to contact a CPA to assist you in filling out Federal Tax Forms.
