Legal Question in Tax Law in California
Claiming Sister and Mom
hello, and thanks for any info I can get. I am selfemployed and I was wondering if I can claim my mother and sister as dependants. My mother does not work because of her disability but she does get s.s. checks. my sister is only 16 yrs old. I do support them financially but not 100% and I am not in the same household.
Again thanks for all the info.
