Legal Question in Tax Law in California
I closed my business in July 2010 after 3 years .
It was a service type business with no quarterly sales tax obligation .
But the corporation dissolution is still in process .
Do I still need to file 2010 tax ?
Thank You

Yes!
When you say the Dissolution is Still in Process, I assume you operated as a corporation. As such, until such time as the corporation is completely dissolved, you have an obligation to pay the CA Franchise Tax Board Fees and file a tax return for every year until dissolution.
