filing self employed back taxes

The last year I filed taxes was for 2003, I've been self employed since then,and need to know where to start to file my back taxes

retain a cpa or enrolled agent who has experience with delinquent tax returns. if you will be unable to pay all of the taxes, penalties and interest immediately, consider retaining a tax attorney to represent you in dealing with federal and state tax authorities.
