Legal Question in Tax Law in California
My husband and I filed married filing separatly. His accounts could possibly be levied in the future. We have no joint accounts. I am a stay at home mom, he is the sole wage earner. If I make an untracable cash deposit under $10k into my personal account, is it possible the IRS will levy this?
