Legal Question in Tax Law in California

illegal tax collection

ca. state board of equalization held me liable for a business tax debt for (9) years after my signature was forged on a single business form. i lost everything i ever owned as a result of this false accusation. forced to pay by means of wage garn. when i was finally cleared, no explanation, not even a full refund. so at 45 i am forced to start over. no savings and nothing left to show for. what can i do ?
