Irs ''intent to levy''

The IRS says I owe that which I don't. They sent me a letter of ''Intent to Levy Assets.''

Q: If I transfer those assets before they Levy, am I doing anything wrong?

you should retain a tax attorney to assist you with attempting to challenge the incorrect assesment and answer, in confidence, your questions regarding issues related to transfer of assets after a notice of intent to levy.
