Legal Question in Tax Law in California

Nevada LLC Operated Online by the Sole Member in California

I am wishing to start an LLC in Nevada for a group of websites I have. These websites all operate independently, and I am able to operate them without ever leaving the computer.

My question is, If I live in California, do I need to register the LLC with the State & pay the $800 minimum yearly fee.

All money would be received by bank in Nevada, the websites would be hosted in Nevada, no phone calls or snail mail would ever be made/sent to the owner in CA about the business.

So would I have to register the LLC in California?
