Legal Question in Tax Law in California

What happens if you haven't paid your taxes in four years? How do I reconcile this and What are the consequences?

In saying you have not paid taxes for fours years I am assuming you did not file your federal income tax returns for four years. It is a crime not to file your tax return and pay taxes. The key to reconciling this (as you put it) is to approach the government before they find and approach you. All things are best resolved if you approach them first.
