Legal Question in Tax Law in California

property taxes

Hello, i didnt pay my 2003/2004 property taxes, i received a ''notice of delinquency'' for the tax collector and received a letter from my lender stating i need to pay my (you cant talk to anybody at the tax collectors office its a recording) i want to make payments but all i get is that if i am 5 years behide( recording) that i can make payments, i dont what my house sold or have my lender worried! what should i do? ( i know, i know! ''pay the taxes'')

Drive to the county tax collectors office. They can't hide behind a recording there.
