Legal Question in Tax Law in California
Question about dental expenses, I had a dental bill of $25,000 in 2011 that was paid off to the dentist thru a 3rd party loan, I'm still paying off the loan but the dentist is paid off, can I tax deduct the full $25,000?

If you paid the dentist $25,000 in 2011 the you can deduct it as a medical expense on your taxes. You can also deduct the interest as being part of the dental charges.
