Legal Question in Tax Law in California
I have a question regarding the first time homebuyers credit. The credit stated that the property must be your primary residence for 36 months. I was offered a position in my company for a two your project out of state. My question is how will this effect my tax credit and is there a way around not being able to rent my house out while I am gone. How are these things tracked?
