Registration fees
If i were to advertise for the company i work for by placing a sticker or banner on my car, can i get my automobile registration fees waived or reimbursed? I am only an employee not an owner. If so, how do i do this?

By whom? Businesses pay for registration fees on company owned cars. You might get your fees paid by your employer, if you ask them, but don't expect the state to give you a discount.
