Legal Question in Tax Law in California
S or C corporation?
I'm a real estate broker wanting to open my own franchise office. I want to incorporate but not sure about C versus S corporation. My household is in the high tax bracket. In my state, it can not be an LLC. Which way should I go?

Usually, the simple answer, without any more details, would be S-Corp. However, a C corp may make sense, depending on how "high" your tax bracket is. The best way to decide would be to run a few hypothetical scenarios and evaluate.
