Legal Question in Tax Law in California

Help

I have send a question a little bit ago about my exboyfriend claiming my son, my answer has been answer it says that only if he shared 50% of cost for my son. My question now is he's never provide nothing hes on parol and his not suppost to be close to us I cannot claim my son because I have not work in the pass year. I just don't think he has the right to get no money for my son when he has not provide for him and He dosen't want to give me the money what can I do?

Re: Help

To clarify, he would have to pay MORE then 50% of your Son's expenses. If he has no right to make that claim, it should not affect your tax return. If you really have an issue with his actions, report it to the IRS. It does not appear that you have any legal claim against him, since he did not cause you any actual damage.
