Legal Question in Tax Law in California
Can a single memer of an llc....(me) pay my employees with a w2 if there working hourly? and can i also pay my self with a w2 since i was paying my self on a w2 form?

I am not really sure what your question is, but an employer is required to pay employees; take required deductions including taxes and insurance; and report on a W-2 form. If you own the LLC but are also an employee of the LLC, you should do the same for yourself.
