Sub-Contracting in US
Hi,
I am working in a software company.My Company intends to place sub-contracted engineers to our client in US. Please let me know what will be the taxes Implication for my company

Your company will be charging US client on hourly basis with a mark-up. This mark-up will be your company's profit and will be taxed at the rate of 33% (corporate tax).
This type of arrangement is called 1099 or Corp-to-Corp in US.
