unfortunately, in my experience most of the companies offering this type of service charge excessive fees, do little, if anything, useful for the taxpayer, and somehow still manage to stay in business. when you have a tax problem you should directly retain a qualified tax attorney or a cpa who regularly represents taxpayers in disputes with the federal and state tax authorities.

I am not familiar with this particular service, but these types of services are unfortunately, frequently fraught with fraud and professional negligence/malpractice.

That is not to say that this company has done anything wrong, but if you fear you have been wronged, I suggest to speak with an attorney and/or your local D.A. and the State A.G.'s office.
