My exboyfriend claim my son on his taxes with out telling me and he recived the money and he has no right to claim him for he has not taken care of his son sins birth.

You can generally claim a dependent if you provide more then 50% of their expenses for the entire year. If your ex boyfriend did not, and falsified his tax return, speak to a CPA, but you should probably claim your son yourself, and keep good records. There is also a tip line for the IRS to report people committing tax fraud, depending on how much we are talking about, the tipster can recieve part of the recovery as a reward.
