Legal Question in Tax Law in California

my friend married a man and then found out 2 months after they were married, that he does not file income taxes! She works for him and so now she is terrified! He won't even tell her the last time he filed! He has owned the business 23 years...he justifies it that he never makes a profit...she is divorcing him because of it (and other things) What will happen to her?

this depends upon whether or not she filed joint tax returns with him after marriage. she should retain a tax attorney.
