Legal Question in Tax Law in California

My taxes were submitted by my tax preparer without my permission, now I have a large tax liability in which I had met with a cpa to help with, what can i do?

If your tax preparer forged your signature on your tax returns, inform the IRS or other law enforcement authorities.
