Is there any legal authority that allows consumers the right to a copy of a call between the consumer and a company's representative, recorded by a company with the consumer's consent, without having to subpoena the records? (interstate call)

Without a subpoena, no. When they tell you "This call is being monitored or recorded for quality purposes," say, "I don't consent to being recorded, turn off your recorder." Drives them nuts.
