Legal Question in Telecomm Law in California
I work for a private company with offices within a Federal Reserve Bank in a "two-party consent" state. What set of telecommunications and privacy laws apply given that I work within a Federal building with its own police force (Federal Law Enforcement Officers)? Stated otherwise, what jurisdiction would a phone or in-person conversation recording complaint fall under?

This is maybe the second or third time you've asked your question, providing a few extra facts each time. Out with it. Tell us the whole story from beginning to end (leaving out personally identifiable information). Who recorded your conversation? When? What were the circumstances? In what way were you damaged?
