Legal Question in Traffic Law in California

I have 2 bench warrants for Los Angeles Superior Court for Failure to Appear and Failure to Pay onspeeding citations. If I turn myself in, will I still have to pay the citations? How much time will I have to spend in jail? Also, how would I go about initiating this process?

If the underlying crimes committed are simply for infractions, you should be able to pay the tickets and civil assessments for failing to appear and pay. The court will let you get on a payment plan if you can't pay it all at once, but there is no reason why you should be subject to any jail time. You may not be sentenced to jail unless you are convicted of a misdemeanor.

So what if you get jail time. You'll be out by midnight.
