30 day impound

i was detained for driving on a suspended license and my car was inpounded for 30 days. the car is also under my wifes name because she is the one who drives it to work. how can she pick up the car from the impound before the 30days?

She can't pickup the vehicle until 30 unless she can convince the agency to release. The chances of getting the vehicle back early is very slim. Allowing an unlicensed person to drive your vehicle makes the owner liable for the fees for impounding the vehicle.
