Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
2 Expired Registration Citations from 2 Different States
My car is registered is in Texas. I got a ticket for an expired registration in Texas about 2 months ago; I got another expired registration ticket but this time while driving in California. Can I use the first violation to negate the second? If not, what are my other options?

NO. Your best option is to get current registration on the vehicle and then contact the court. This is a fix it ticket in Cal. Pay the ticket in Texas after completing the registration of the car.
