i have 3 ticket and i havent show up to court. can i get arrested?

Count on it. At this point there is a warrant for your arrest which means that you will be arrested if you are pulled over for any reason, and many police cars have automatic license plate reading cameras that will automatically detect people with arrest warrants.
It would probably be worth your while to get an attorney to handle the tickets plus the failure-to-appear charges (three new, separate, potentially expensive violations).
