Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
I have 2 traffic cases, one 8/9/2005, the other 10/5/2005, together totaling $4000 in fines, my question is; is there a certain amount of years, like I've heard 7 years then fines may be purged? Does this mean I wait till August for one ticket, and October for the other and I don't have to pay the fines anymore, or am I getting way ahead of myself here? thanks!

Compliance matters do not disappear. There is an Amnesty program going on now. Would only have to pay $50% of amount owed. Ends 6/30/12. Check it out.
