Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
I was in a accident which my car was totaled. The man that hit me was unlicensed and this was the second time for him. I think I'am going to be blamed for the accident but they are wrong. This man was working for the owner of the truck and didn't speak English.

Greetings! First, the court won't care if the owner of the truck did not speak English. Second, why would you be blamed for the accident? I need any pertinent facts that leads you to that conclusion. If you are not to blame then small claims court might be your best option. It is cheap and you simply need to file with your local small claims court.
