Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
accident no insurance or liscense
i was in a car accident it was other guys fault i had no insurance we just got car two days prior and no liscense i went to hospital got two fractured fingers and car was not driveable. my question is because i had no insur or lisc i cant get compensated not even for my car

You could go to small claims court without a lawyer and get up to $7500 toward the damage to your car, your medical bills, and your lost earnings, past and future -- maybe you could even interest an attorney in the case if your lost earnings are substantial -- but you won't get the extra thousands of dollars in "pain and suffering" damages you could have claimed if you had insurance.
