accident with a suspended license
I was in a 4 car reck not my fault. However my license was supended. I was injured can I sue the originator of the accident.

A suspended driver's license indicates that you were also uninsured. Uninsured drivers are limited in their recovery to financial losses. That is property damage, medical expenses, and lost wages. You cannot recover personal injury losses.
