Accused of Reckless Driving

I was on the freeway going 65 in traffic when I was cutt-off in the fast lane. I used my breaks to avoid my hood being hit. I had my headlights on already and flashed my high beams. He slammed on his brakes drastically, as I slammed on my brakes I had to swerve into the carpool lane because the right lane was occupied to avoid rear-ending him. As I swerved into carpool, he also served right in front of me to try to get me to hit him. I then swerved back into the fast lane and he proceeded back in front of me. He again slammed on his brakes again. This time I had enough room to slam on my brakes w/out swerving. He was waving gestures at me and I could see he had road rage. I did flick him off back to show my distaste. But, seeing he was being an eratic driver, I looked for an out. Unfortunately I was surrounded by traffic and saw a break in the right lane was coming so I slowed. The driver in front of me really wanted me to rear-end him, and slammed on his brakes so hard he skidded, and I tried w/ all my brakes to stop. It didn't work and I plowed into him. When we pulled over he came out yelling at me so I just locked myself in my vehicle and called 911. I recieved 23103(a) ticket w/ a Misdemeanor. What can I do?
