Legal Question in Traffic Law in California

Appeal a traffic court decision

I had a red light violation ticket. I was very sure that the light was still yellow when I entered the intersection but the cop said that I went through a solid red light. I went to the court and lost my case. I felt the judge was unfair because 1. the judge was using the false information that I gave to the officer to find me guilty. No matter how I explained to the judge that I was not distracted, he would not listen. He would rather believe the false information than the truth that I swore to tell in the court; 2.The judge didnt let me present all my evidence to defend myself and rush me to leave. Are either of the things above counts as legal error? Do I have any chance to appeal again? What does legal error mean?
