Legal Question in Traffic Law in California

I was arrested on 3-25-07 in the city of bell California for riding my bike at night with no lights. I was released the following morning without any court date pending on the case.

Presumably you have not been charged with the offense. I doubt you ever will be charged but just to be safe you should check with the DA 's office. Better yet have an attorney check for you to insure that you are not tricked into giving an incriminating statement.
