Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
I was arrested in 2006 for driving with a suspended license. I was never actually convicted of the crime, and all charges as of 2008 were officially dropped. I now have a current license. Do I still need to report this on a job application? It asks on the application if I have ever been CONVICTED of any misdemeanors. Well truely the answer is no since I wasn't actually convicted, and all charges were DROPPED, so I can answer no correct? Please help. thank you!

You can honestly state that you were never convicted. The question is always if you were convicted as opposed to arrested because innocnet people can be arrested but supposedly only guilty people are convicted.
