Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
Auto accident
A car tries to drive down a narrow street on which
cars are parked on both sides. As the car begins to
go around a curve in the road while passing a car in
the opposite lane, it scrapes the fender of a car
parked to its right illegally in a red curb zone. Who
is at fault?

whoever makes the best argument in court since they both broke the law. my money says the guy driving will likely lose.
