Re: auto regstration
This came up last week or the week before. If you are only a cosignor on a loan, you do not have liability if the owner is involved in an accident. However, if you are listed as a registered owner or legal owner, you WILL be responsible if the vehicle is involved in an accident up to the state limits. You should make sure there is insurance on the car. You can read more about this at my blog, www.calpiblog.com
