Bicycle Citation - Failure to Stop
Not sure if this posted - sending again.
I was cited for rolling a stop sign on my bicycle and I can not seem to get a straight answer as to whether or not it will affect my insurance. The insurance company says it depends on how the court turns it into the DMV and the court won't tell me how they turn it in. Can you tell me or who I need to contact to find out?

There is really no telling. Have you considered going to traffic school?
