Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
My boyfriend has 4 tickets and owes $2,000 he actually has not been able to find a job so he cant pay it back right now he already went to court and was told to go back and have it paid off or he would go to jail. i would like to know is there a probability of the judge sending him to jail?
