california seat belt violation
Got a seatbelt ticket 2 weeks ago.
Was driving minivan with 3 boys. 3
yr old had unbuckled himself and my
wife got up to rebuckle him. Passed
cop who saw her before she
rebuckled. Gave us both tickets. On
my citation he got the year wrong of
my vehicle. Can I get out of this for
either child safety argument or
wrong vehicle info on citation?
