Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
car accident
I was hit by a car while i was driving my sisters car. My sister has liability insurance but i was not insured at the the time. The insurance company of the person who hit me does not feel that they should pay for the damages. How do i get my sisters car repaired.

The insurance company of the other driver is liable only if the other driver was at fault. If you were at fault then you will have to pay for the repairs.
