Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
car accident with an uninsured driver
I got into a car accident with an uninsured driver. The driver was at fault; however, my insurance has liability but not comprehensive coverage. Since he doesn't have an insurance policy, I can't get money out from his insurance company. Is there anyway I can some how get full or at least partial repair someway, somehow?

Re: car accident with an uninsured driver
Your insurance policy should have uninsured motorist coverage. This coverage covers only your medical expenses and personal, or bodily, injury claims. If you were in the vehicle at the time of the accident you may have a claim for compensation for these injuries. Consult with an attorney.
