Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
My car was parked in a parking spot. It did not violate any of the posted signs and there was no posted TOWING. I was ticketed and towed for 'blocking a driveway' supposedly by 'complaint'. I was not blocking a driveway and have photographic proof. Where do I stand in getting the tow fees refunded and the ticket dropped?
How can they tow my car for over $300 for less than 3 miles? and charge me with a ticket?
I am willing to ensure that this wrong is righted. What do you think?

Go to traffic court and insist on a trial. Bring photos to the trial and do not agree to waive the police appearance. Insist on a full trial with the citing officer and tell your story with all the proof you have. Good luck!
