Legal Question in Traffic Law in California

car wreck

I was proceeding through a traffic controlled intersection and the other party turned left in front of me, I swerved but still managed to hid her rear bumper. I sustained over $700.00 to the front right side of my car. Went to Dr and had an injury to my right rib. Other party was not truthful on her accident report. Her insurance company said the fault was not with their client and would not pay for damage or medical bills. Do I have a case?

You should get a copy of the police report, if one was prepared. The result of a trial will depend upon how the jury interprets the evidence. If you version is accepted you will prevail.
