how to take care of old tickets and get drivers license
i recently moved back to california after about a 5 year abscence. when i left, i think i had a couple of outstanding tickets (driving an unregistered car, driving with an expired license)that i never took care of. i want to get a drivers license. how do i go about taking care of this? if i go to the dmv to get a driving record to fing out what i have outstanding, will they slap the cuffs on me right there? please let me know.

No, they will just deny the license and probably give you a printout of what they have.
