Carrying a concealed weapon
If I'm ever stopped for any reason, like a broken tail light and the police happened to see a large pocket knife in the truck of my vehicle, am I still considered a person carrying a concealed weapon?
Thank you for you help...I've wondered about this

Not if it is in the trunk. to be a concealed weapon it must be on your person or within easy reach in the passenger area.
