Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
Case in Indiana, but resides in CA
My boyfriend got pulled over in Indiana and got ticketed for driving on a suspended license. He forgot to take care of the ticket and now lives in CA. There is now a warrant for his arrest. Is it possible to transfer the case to CA because we don't have the money to send him back to Indiana?

You need to contact an Indiana attorney. These cases are not transferred from one state to another. Generally cases such as this can be taken care of by paying the bail amount to the court. Indiana law may not have such a provision.
