Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
charges
I returned back from washington to calif. and when trying to obtain my lic. from dmv they said I had a ticket. trying to pay on my ticket the courts denied my request and payment. I don't understand these chgs. 1st charge 16028A vc-I, 2nd 27315D vc-I & 3rd is 40508B vc-m. last one is a new chg & they want me to appear in person which I would but I just started a new job.
