Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
Citation accuracy
If a traffic ticket is not accurate in regards to the drivers license number and the court has recorded it that way in to the system what are the chances the ticket can be disputed and dismissed?

Check this with the Nolo Press book How to Fight Your Traffic Ticket. This book has great advice on these issues and defenses to traffic tickets. The book is available at libraries, bookstores and on line.
