Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
I got two citations one for peeing in public, and one for under age possession of alcohol. I'm 19, isn't it legal to posses alcohol but not consume it? any idea how much these are going to cost me, happened in the city of Fullerton CA. Both were cited as misdemeanors.

The underage possession citation is your biggest concern. While both are misdemeanors that will be on your record and potentially carry probation and jail time, the possession of alcohol charge can potentially lead to having your driver's license suspended for 12 months.
From there, if caught driving on a suspended license, that's a new misdemeanor and would be a violation of your probation, leading to an ugly cycle.
The best bet is to try and avoid a conviction for these offenses. Often, something can be worked out through your attorney with the court or prosecutor to avoid a conviction.
